British Embassy Tokyo – Scottish Brands Showcase
A multisensory performance weaving together the stories of Scotland’s makers and creators.British Embassy Tokyo – Scottish Brands Showcase
At the British Embassy in Tokyo, we created a bespoke performance celebrating a wide array of Scottish brands.
From skincare and textiles to food, drink, and design, we brought their identities to life through a dynamic blend of newly composed music, traditional Gaelic and Scots song, and visual storytelling. The theme centred on water as the lifeblood of Scotland, with each element of the performance honouring this shared natural thread.
Brands represented included Isle of Skye Candle Co., Ishga Skincare, Lochcarron of Scotland, Angels’ Share Glassware, Eight Doors Distillery, Potr, Muirhead Leather, Seafood Scotland, Loch Duart Salmon, Harris Tweed Authority, Forum Studio and the Scottish Games Network. The result was a rich, emotional celebration that linked heritage with innovation and deeply resonated with international guests.
Auld Hag – Culinary Brand Activation
A feast of storytelling, live performance, and Scotland’s food heritage. Curated for Auld Hag.Auld Hag – Culinary Brand Activation
We’ve worked with Auld Hag across several immersive brand activations, most notably for a deconstructed Burns Supper and St Andrew’s Day celebration that honoured Scotland’s culinary heritage while amplifying the artistry behind Auld Hag’s food. Entertainment was tailored entirely around the brand’s story: from traditional and contemporary performances honouring Scottish produce and cooking techniques, to roaming singers, poets, and dancers creating a layered narrative around each course.
Guests were surprised and immersed at every turn, particularly during an interactive ceilidh that blurred boundaries between old and new. We collaborated with a Scottish DJ to remix ceilidh classics with club, trad, and electronic sounds, culminating in a dancefloor that pulsed with energy and pride.
The event was a hit – featured by Time Out London as a must-attend experience during Burns season.
These activations proved how performance, food, and story can come together to form something unforgettable. Scotland – but not as you’ve seen it before.
